Dorothy Parker MBA

Dorothy is Managing Director of fastforward research limited. A leading authority on qualitative marketing research, Dorothy has major skills in delving deep into perceptions and drivers, to allow quality brand building, communications, positioning and customer segmentation. Dorothy’s career includes fourteen years with ICI Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca) and Amersham International plc in international brand management, marketing research management and strategic planning.

Dorothy supports professional development within the industry by being a member of EphMRA’s committees: convening training courses, workshops & masterclasses on Segmentation, NLP & Advanced Qualitative Research. Member of ESOMAR, CMRS, AQR, PMRG.

Claire Hardy MA

Claire has been a Research Director with fastforward research for over 20 years. She has over 30 years experience in the international pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including roles in research and in International Brand Management.

Claire is a highly experienced moderator with a NLP Diploma & runs training courses on moderating skills, in-depth executive interviewing, CI techniques and enabling/projective techniques.

Having led international projects with key opinion leaders, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, payors and patients in an extensive range of therapy areas, especially in Oncology, Claire has a wealth of experience and business insight which she brings to our clients. Member of AQR and PMRG.

Laura Hunt MA

Laura is passionate about human behaviour and exploring how qualitative marketing research can generate key insights for business questions. Laura is a Director, having joined fastforward in 2009 building on her academic and professional experience in social/consumer research and anthropology.

Leading international research projects, Laura appreciates the need for a flexible and focused approach, working in partnership with our clients, across various therapy areas and respondent types.

Laura is actively involved in sharing & inspiring best practice, developing award winning innovative methodologies and convening the EphMRA Mid-Level Group. Member of AQR, CMRS, PMRG.
